When making an enquiry or booking for your child/young person to participate in our workshops, you may be asked to provide the following: your name, your child/young person’s name and age, your email address, your child/young person’s email address, your phone number and credit card information.

 

When making and completing a booking for a child/young person under the age of 18, the information obtained must be provided by the legal guardian.

 

Why we will collect personal information and use it:

 

  • Because you have provided it to us, for instance if you are enquiring about our service; or wish to ask questions or make comments about our social media content, such as participating in polls or competitions

  • You have purchased a product from us and we need to process transactions

  • To send out periodic promotional content, such as upcoming workshops
