Confidently set personal limits
Boundaries let the world around you know your limits, what you are comfortable with and what you are willing to tolerate. Having healthy boundaries is an important part of looking after ourselves and it keeps our relationships healthy.
Young people who are confident in setting boundaries with others are more likely to make positive choices and say no when they need to.
Our boundary workshop will provide young people with skills to confidently identify and set personal limits. This will be delivered through discussion and self reflection activities and by creating practical tools to help assert their needs such as personal boundary cards.
