Self-worth relates to our sense of self, how much we like ourselves and how we see ourselves as worthy. Healthy self-worth is important because it influences our overall well being. 


During adolescence, healthy self-worth is the anchor that supports young people navigate everyday life challenges. It contributes to wholesome friendships, confidence, positive decision making, effective communication, realistic expectations of self and an ability to manage change. 


Our WORTHY Workshop is a kick-starter in establishing healthy self-worth in young people. We use highly engaging activities to explore themes such as personal strengths and identity, the qualities of healthy self-worth and strategies to boost self-worth. The WORTHY Workshop is delivered in small groups of up to 12 participants of similar age.
